This photograph was again taken in front of the Exchange Hotel. Bridget Sheridan is holding a baby, and her mother Margaret Bourke stands between two more Sheridan children. It is difficult to know the identity of the children without knowing the years that Bridget and Paddy Sheridan managed the hotel. They were at the Victoria Hotel in Tungamah when their children Mary and Patrick were born 1n 1898 and 1900 respectively. John arrived at Yarrawonga in 1902, and his father's occupation was given as 'hotel keeper'. Margaret was born in 1904 and William in 1905, both in Yarrawonga and both with Patrick's profession as 'labourer'. This doesn't mean that they didn't have a hotel...Bridget may very well have been the manager.
Judging from the ages of the children, I would hazard a guess that the date of this photo is c. 1902-3, with the children being Mary and Patrick standing beside their grandmother, and baby Jack in Bridget's arms.
